Highly impressed so far. There ar many high quality Bcg’s at this price point so I decided to give this one a shot. The attention to detail is very obvious when looking at this bcg. Preformed well. Love the DLC finish. Hopefully it lasts for many years. |

Great bolt carrier, nice finish that is easily cleaned. It functions flawlessly with feeding and extraction. It does weigh slightly less than most standard BCG’s, my scale read 11oz. exactly. The listed weight is 11.2,, the slightly lighter weight does not affect function. Completely pleased with this BCG. It is a nice upgrade from a nitride or phosphate coating. |

I run this bcg with a binary trigger and have had zero problems with the amount of ammo I send through my ar using it easily over 1000 rounds and still looks new after a simple wipe down |

I have run a lot of bcg’s. From military to expensive. I have two of the sharps bcg. One is the new DLC. It finished out my sharps 25/45. I also use it in my 300 ham’s. I also have the 308 version. That bcg has a very soft recoil impulse. It also throws brass to the 317 mark. Which is about perfect. As to the speed. I’m not sure how much it speeds up my ar’s but it is a bit faster on the 25/45. Have not shot the 300 and 308 that much to really tell. I have yet to try it in my 5.56. All in all. These two bcg are very good. I’m now saving my pennys for the new adjustable gas one. It does look promising. Especially if you can make the ar into a bolt gun. That would improve the performance of any round a scosh bit. On that note. SRC can we expect a 308 adjustable bcg??? |

This is my fourth 5.56 BCG from Sharp's, and they've all been excellent performers. In particular, I appreciate the easy clean-up as the carbon really doesn't adhere, so it's much faster to clean up than a traditionally-finished unit. |
