Have not used product. However thumbs up for customer service right from the beginning.

I received the BCG in a quick and timely fashion and it looks great. I love the ZrN coating for my black and fde AR. I have not had a chance to take it to the range to test it just yet but all seems in order at inspection and it feels and looks great! I will admit that my knowledge of ZrN and DLC coatings was minimal at the time of purchase, and has only increased slightly since, but I do ponder if I should have gone for the FDE ZrN carrier with the DLC bolt but either way, this appears to be an outstanding BCG. I may take a look at adding a DLC bolt after getting the chance to hit the range to test. Definitely have my eye on the DLC BCG for future builds!

Just purchased my second BCG for my 300 build. No issues, quality product and very reliable.

I ordered the FDE but decided to change my order to the FDE with DLC bolt. With an email SRC replied quickly and answered all my questions. They didn’t acknowledge if they had I fact changed my order from the full fde to the fde with dlc bolt though. It shipped super fast and arrived in less than a week. The bolt was indeed the fde with dlc bolt! It amazed me how fast the product was processed and shipped. With the corona virus shutting down or slowing down most companies I can say with confidence it did not slow down or stop sharps rifle company. These people are working hard to provide a quality product as well as provide exemplary service and shipping. I highly recommend this company and this bolt from first impressions alone. I’m ready for the other companies to ship out the other parts I need to finish my 10.5 pistol build so that I can really check out how this bolt is! Buy with confidence!

Had a few jam ups at first. Very frustrating. Then it seemed to break in . I shot 150 rounds and I think the last 130 were without incident. Time will tell. Thank you
