No refunds or exchanges will be given until our technical department clears it. If you are having a problem with your item functioning, sometimes some fine tuning is all that is needed, and our tech department is here to help!
Returns are ONLY accepted for merchandise found defective within 30 days upon receipt. Merchandise must have been purchased directly from Sharps otherwise the return must be processed through the vendor from which it was actually purchased. Refund available up to 30 days after purchase date.
Include, with your return, a brief letter as to why the item is being returned, and a current address. The purchase price of your item, minus shipping, will be refunded.
