out of anxiousness I worked up several(5 )loads before I'd assembled the rifle. With the exception of velocity, every load shot close to one MOA or better!! Recently on a trip to Colorado, I had the enjoyment to stretch out my legs to just over 1K yds to outshoot a .338 Lapua!!! Great Fun!!!!

. . . fits DGI (direct gas impingement) rifles ONLY. Verified with SRC that any length DGI spec barrel will NOT fit any HK MR556A1 gas piston system rifle. Have already sent HK gas piston system specs to Sharps for the 3 basic mfg changes required to make all SRC-GPS barrel lengths function correctly with only a barrel swap (as advertised) on HK SA rifles.Keeping fingers crossed . . .

barrel arrived in a plain brown box. opened that to reveal another box with company logo and order specs checked off on the box. barrel is packed pretty damm good as to withstand the rigors on shipping. on inspection of the barrel the first thing i saw was, a plastic/rubber end cap on the muzzle threads.I continued my inspection to find that the barrel was clean (inside and out),finish was perfect. i will be buying more products from sharps VERY SOON.

I have not shot yet but the barrel fit my upper and the bcg I already had the assembly was smooth without any trouble.

Sleek, long, and stainless steel! What more could you want for the 25-45 caliber?! Easy install and headspace was not an issue. Sub MOA groups right out of the box. Love it.
