Building my 3rd 25-45 upper and I love this caliber. Needed a light 25 for a walk gun.

This is my third sharps rifle company barrel, the first was a 20" stainless hbar, the second the 20" lightweight stainless, and this one the 16" nitrided stainless barrel. This barrel does not disappoint either. Its of the highest quality, and highly accurate as the others are. All the barrels have shot under 1 moa at 100 yards with a 90 grain sierra bthp, and h335 powder. I really like the new 25-45 cartridge, its ease of converting .223 or 5.56 brass, and using all the same components as a 5.56 rifle except the barrel and muzzle device is a plus. The round is potent enpugh for deer or hog if needed, and almost two times the punch of the 5.56. Whats not to like? I own several other ar calibers such as the 5.56, 6.5 grendel and 6.8spc, and this one does its intended use well, and its cheaper to feed to boot. Keep up the great work sharps, and I recommend you guys any time more punch than the 5.56 is needed.

After waiting for 2 months to receive the barrel it's hard to give high marks for service. The barrel is high quality, I thought communication was lacking on the reason for delay of delivery. Twice I called & was told delivery would be in a week and finally after a third call was told what the delay really was, wasn't real impressed
